I had a very delightful stay and would happily go back again, thanks very much. Best possible location, warm room with priceless views of the river. The staff was willing to help. The bed was relaxing and it was great having balcony, a lounge and a living area. Plenty of reasonably priced food at breakfast time. Very quick check in and top-notch service throughout my stay. Moreover, private parking outside was appreciated. Clean and cool hotel in Manhattan district. Also - just off the subway, Times Square and the centre of Manhattan.
The bed was lovely, so we had a terrific stay. Welcoming room and a tiled bathroom. The amazing service and attention to detail from charming staff.
Well heated room, spotless hotel in general.
It was a really really nice experience & staff were customer-oriented. Fine breakfast, impeccable service.
